WHO ARE EXERTIER PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR?
Anyone can use our products, men or women. Their various properties (moisturizing, antioxidant) allow use at any age, although they are recommended from 30 years. There is no contraindication for pregnant women and the risk of allergy is very low.
ARE EXERTIER PRODUCTS MADE FROM NATURAL INGREDIENTS?
Guaranteed paraben-free and 90% natural, our products come from the Sabot de Vénus, a rare and protected orchid growing in the Courchevel valley. We cultivate it in-vitro, with CITES authorization from the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, in order to respect the environment and preserve the species.
ARE EXERTIER PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
In accordance with our ethics and in accordance with European regulations, no Exertier product is tested on animals. They are subjected to rigorous clinical tests, carried out on volunteers by an independent laboratory approved by the Ministry of Health.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?
The processing and preparation of orders are carried out from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Thus, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
The costs and delivery times differ depending on the service provider chosen when ordering (Colissimo or courier in Paris):
- Standard (Colissimo): the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. The cost is 8 euros for France / 18 euros for Europe and 35 euros for the rest of the world. Delivery is free from 75 euros of purchase for Metropolitan France.
Colissimo deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
The delivery time applies from the sending of the email confirming the dispatch of your order. - Courier (only in Paris and the inner suburbs): same day delivery in 4 hours or in 2 hours if order placed before 4 p.m. otherwise delivery on next day . The cost is 5 or 10 euros - free from 75 euros of purchase.
For Corsica, the period which can be extended by two days.
WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ?
You can pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and PayPal). In order to secure your purchases on our payment platform, your bank details are encrypted (SSL mode) and are not kept.
