We recommend that you send your returned item via a shipping service with reliable tracking or purchase shipping insurance. Exertier is not responsible for return shipping, cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Return conditions:

- We will agree to reimburse products already started. Send us the product(s) in their original packaging (packaging + secondary cardboard packaging if there is one)

- We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement in certain cases:

  • Products emptied of their contents
  • Products whose content has been altered, modified or exchanged
  • Others


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of the item in our warehouse. We will credit or refund you the amount paid for the item(s), plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds previously granted to you for those products .
Shipping, handling and gift wrapping charges, if applicable, cannot be refunded.
